The Joy of Creation is a five-day sacred experience in Mount Shasta, one of the most powerful energetic sites on Earth, designed to reconnect you with your inner creator, your inner guide, your inner YES.
This is not a retreat where you learn more, fix more, or push yourself to transform....
This is a retreat where you soften, listen, receive, and reawaken the creative force that has always lived inside you.
Held at a gorgeous private forest sanctuary on the outside of town, we will gather to rest in the land, breathe with the mountain, and remember how to create from alignment instead of pressure.
Every part of this experience has been curated to help you step out of survival mode and back into the joy of being alive, present, and guided.

This mountain heals in ways you can feel but can’t explain.

This retreat marks our return to Mount Shasta.
Our last intimate gathering here was filled with an ease and joy that surprised all of us. The laughter became the medicine.
In the months that followed, every single attendee experienced real, tangible shifts. Relationships changed. Work realigned. Energy stabilized. Clarity deepened.
Many of them are choosing to come back, because they trust the land, the container, and what opens when we gather here.
That kind of return tells you everything you need to know about what Mount Shasta does when you give it time and space to work.
Mount Shasta is not just a mountain.
It is one of the most powerful energy vortexes in North America, a place where the Earth’s electromagnetic field is unusually strong and coherent.
It is often described as the Root Chakra of Earth.
Practically speaking, this means that when you spend time here, your nervous system downshifts, your intuition sharpens, and patterns that feel stuck elsewhere begin to move with surprising ease.
People often experience clarity, emotional release, creative insight, and deep rest without forcing anything.

The Joy of Creation is designed to be both deeply restorative and quietly powerful. Each day unfolds with intention, spaciousness, and room for the land to work on you. There is nothing to rush and nothing to prove. This is where creation happens naturally.
During our days together, you’ll be held in experiences that support your body, energy, and spirit:
At the core of every retreat I create is this intention:
that you feel completely held, completely cared for, and completely at ease. When your body knows it is safe, supported, and seen, positive change occurs in the body, the heart, and the brain.
You remember what it feels like to live without constant self-protection.
The experience of being truly supported is not just a luxury. It is a practice.
It is something you integrate so that, when you return home, you begin to offer the same level of care, compassion, and stability to yourself.
This is how real manifestation happens.
Not through forcing or striving, but through learning how to live from a place of trust, comfort, and inner safety.

Nestled at the base of Mount Shasta, this sanctuary was created by a former LA-based landscaper who devoted years to shaping the land with one clear intention: to support personal clarity, embodiment, and spiritual attunement. Here you'll wander through medicinal vegetable gardens, sit in ceremony by a fire, chat with the free range chickens, and absorb the whispers of the forest and native plant lawn.

Rachel Jeanty is a spiritual being navigating a human experience, devoted to the lifelong path of holding more light. Her awakening began in 2013 at a Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within seminar, a moment that reshaped her purpose and set her firmly on the path of spiritual service.
Blending academic discipline with mystical study, Rachel weaves her BBA in Marketing and M.A. in TESOL with years of teaching, former Waldorf teacher and children’s storytelling, including her book The Chavo Cuentos of Zito and Lilis. Her nature‑based after‑school initiative, Children of the Sun, and her current offering: Mommy and Me, both reflect her dedication to nurturing the next generation through imagination, connection, sound, and light. Her upcoming book: You are a Solar Powered Being-Summer Solstice.
Her spiritual foundation is rich and lived: the Munay‑Ki rites received in the sacred landscapes of Arizona, yoga and Reiki training in Miami, and a deepening devotion to sound and water blessing.
Now rooted in Mount Shasta, CA, Rachel continues her service through I AM CRANE WELLNESS. With her son, Seth, by her side, she offers sound healings, retreats designed to open the heart, awaken remembrance, and align each soul with its highest purpose.

Raised in deep connection with the natural world, Sary developed an intuitive ability to listen to and learn from plants, animals, and the wisdom of nature. Her personal healing journey led her to the transformative practices of Aikido and Somatics, which helped her deepen her understanding of embodiment, connection, and the body's innate capacity to heal.
Today, her work is rooted in the art of listening—creating space for greater connection to self, community, and the natural world. Through bodywork, somatic coaching, sound therapy, nature-based healing, custom tea consultations, and workshops, she supports others in reconnecting with their own wisdom and well-being. Grounded in a deep relationship with the land, she offers a nurturing presence that invites healing, balance, and transformation.
