My sessions, whether in person or virtual, are like having tea with a very good friend!  There's no trance channeling or meditation, and there might be some tears but there is usually a great deal of laughter. :) It is my gift that I am able to access the Akasha, the chakras, and communication with celestial beings in a waking state with my clients!

No, it's something else! In a regression you will be taken into a meditation to experience approximately 1-3 past life experiences. Past Life Regression is a incredible modality, but in a session with me you remain in a waking state. 

During a psychic healing session, images of past lives will come to me, and after gathering only the most important details, we will quickly identify the traumas that are affecting you today or the empowered, positive experiences your soul wants to realign with.

With the help of our high level guides, we will surrender the lower-frequency soul memories that are contributing to toxic thought patterns or behaviors in this lifetime. If the soul wants to remember a past life experience that was positive, we will discuss ways for you to integrate them.
